Born and raised in the Middle East, Fedwa learned the true definition of high quality organic ingredients. Using the very best that mother nature had to offer and learning the secrets used by top Iraqi pastry chefs, Fedwa started to hone her skills. Fedwa started preparing meals and desserts for her family and friends at a very young age and knew this was her calling. She dreamed to make it her career one day.
